Tragedy struck on Friday after gunmen ambushed three vehicles and abducted many people along Akoko-Kabba road in Ondo State.
In recent weeks, kidnaping and killings have been witnessed in the Southwest of Nigeria.
According to an X user, Elochukwu Ohagi, said a driver was shot dwatin the attack.

As time filling this report, CrimeFacts.news is yet to ascertain the number of persons being killed or kidnapped.
When contacted the Ondo police spokesperson, Funmilayo Odunlami promised to call our reporter back but he’s yet to do as at press time.
