Member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Akin Alabi has revealed why he didn’t participate in the money splash at the funeral of the mother of billionaire nightlife boss, Obi Cubana.
This comes after the lawmaker was called out for dancing to the tune of Ogene singers hailing him in the Igbo language without spraying money stupendously like it would have been expected a man of his calibre and also because the event saw dozens of people indulge in the act of money splash.
According to the 44-year-old entrepreneur, he is a government worker and couldn’t have done more than he did.

The lawmaker also clarified he sprayed N9,000 and not N2,000 as insinuated by those trying to mock him.
Thanking Obi Cubana for being a good host, the Nairabet boss wrote; “As a government worker, i could not afford to spray (or was it sprinkle) more than this.
