A new Aide – de- Camp has been appointed for President Muhammadu Buhari
The new ADC , Lt -Col Y . M . Dodo , takes over from Col . M . L . Abubakar who has been with the President since inception of his regime in 2015.
Abubakar is proceeding on a five -month promotion course in Chile.
An ADC is one the prominent security officials in the “ inner ring ” of the Presidency .
Others in that category are the Chief Security Office and the Chief Personal Security Officer among others .
