The Senator representing Nasarawa North, Senator Abdullahi Adamu has emerged as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Adamu was returned unopposed on Saturday at the party’s national convention held at the Eagle Square in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
Declaring him winner, Chairman of the Election Sub-Committee, Governor Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa State, announced Adamu winner after a voice note.
Senator Adamu had gone into the election as a consensus candidate following the withdrawal of other contenders.
