The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria (CBCN), has commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for deploying new technology to enhance conduct elections in the Country.
The CBCN expressed the optimism that the new innovation, if properly used would increase the credibility of the 2023 polls.
