Barrister Shuaib Labaran, the lead counsel to the Federal government of Nigeria says, the detained leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) was denied access to new clothes by the secret police because he intend to use it and intimidate the government.
This is coming as Mike Ozekhome, one of the legal representative of Nnamdi Kanu expressed displeasure with the court for not taking appropriate actions against the DSS for flagrant disobedience to court injunction.

Labaran while addressing the court said, “Nnamdi Kanu was denied a change of clothes because, it has a “Lion Head” on it. He intends putting on Ishiagu attire, to intimidate the Government.”
Meanwhile, Justice Binta Nyako has again ruled that, Nnamdi Kanu should be allowed to put on any plain clothes, but not Igbo or Biafra traditional attire as DSS said that IPOB leader intend intimidating the Federal government with his traditional clothes.
