Prospective voters converged on the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Dunukofia Local Government Area of Anambra State to pick up their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) on Thursday.
Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, INEC Chairman, exchanged pleasantries with some of the registered voters.
