The presidential campaign organisation Engr. Dave Umahi has debunked earlier report that the Ebonyi Governor has stepped down for the president of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan.
The campaign organization said there’s nothing like that as the Governor only hosted the president of the Senate at his Abuja residence but he never stepped down from the race.
Umahi while hosting Lawan promised to support him (Lawan) if he emerges as the candidate of the party.
