Easter: Imo CP Urges Christians To Pray For Peace

 

The Commissioner of Police Imo State, CP Mohammed Ahmed Barde has felicitated with all Christians faithful in the state on their Easter celebration.

The CP while wishing all Christians a joyful celebration, enjoins them to use this season to pray for the sustenance of peace and security in the state and the nation in general.

Speaking through the command’s spokesperson in the State, Henry Okoye, CP Barde assured Imolites especially those in Diaspora wishing to come home for the celebration of their safety and security before, during and after the celebration, as the Command in continued synergy with other sister agencies will sustain the tempo of security control.

The CP thanked Imolites for their unalloyed support and still reminds them that policing is collective responsibility as such, they should continue to partner with the police and other security agencies in the fight against crime and criminality.
