JUDGEMENT ANALYSIS: Appeal Court Kano, did not declare Soludo APGA Guber Candidate

By Ibe Pascal Arogorn

The appeal court sitting in Kano has never declared Prof Chukwuma Soludo as APGA guber candidate nor Victor as APGA national chairman, Crimefacts.news can authoritatively report.

Recall that reports on Tuesday claimed the judgement at court of appeal Kano restored Soludo and Victor Oye as APGA candidate and national chairman respectively.

However Crimefacts.news exclusively gathered that the Appeal court only set aside the judgment of Jigawa High Court for not giving Oye fair hearing without making any consequential order on APGA Leadership tussle.

Courts documents seen by Crimefacts.news showed that Chuma Umeoji is still the APGA candidate for Anambra gubernatorial election on November 6.

WHY UMEOJI IS STILL APGA CANDIDATE AND OKEKE JUDE APGA CHAIRMAN .

With the setting aside of Jigawa State High Court Judgment, there is still the valid pending latest judgment in time which is Imo State High Court Judgment (State where the the Convention held ) which has declared APGA Owerri Convention authentic, declared Jude Okeke APGA Chairman and Also declared Chukwuma Umeoji APGA Candidate and ordered INEC to Publish his name and never remove.

Until there is a higher Court judgment that declares Oye Chairman or Soludo candidate, INEC cannot remove Chukwuma Umeoji because there is no order directing INEC to do so.

See the below documentary evidence (CTC of Kano Appeal Court order which didn’t declare Oye Chairman or Soludo candidate and the Owerri Court Order which declared Umeoji candidate and ordered INEC to Publish him as APGA Candidate)to prove the above facts
