‘Poor little children’ — Fani-Kayode tackles ‘Obidients’ after backlash over criticism of Obi

Femi Fani-Kayode, former minister of aviation, says supporters of Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), enjoy hurling insults at others but cannot take insults themselves.

Fani-Kayode said this on Friday in a post on his social media handles.

He described Obi’s supporters as “poor little children”.

“The problem with Peter and his Obidients is that they know how to throw punches but they don’t know how to take them,” the tweet reads.

Fani-Kayode’s comments post comes hours after he had referred to Obi as a “mannerless dunce with low self-esteem”.

However, Fani-Kayode’s comment had elicited sharp criticism from supporters of Obi on social media.
