A court of appeal in Abuja on Thursday declared Ifeanyi Araraume junior the authentic candidate of the Labour Party for Imo North senatorial district.
The appellant court in its judgement nullified the judgement of the Abuja federal High court which declared Okorondu Nwachukwu as the rightful candidate of LP for Imo North senatorial district.
The lower court had ordered the Independent National Electoral commission to remove Araraume’s name and replace it with Nwachukwu’s name.
