Rivers Chief Judge Suspended, New Speaker Emerges

 

The Chief Judge of Rivers State, Simeon Amadi has been suspended while a new speaker for the house of assembly has emerged.

In a counter move to forestall the impeachment of the Governor, the former Majority leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Edison Ehie has emerged the speaker of the house.

The lawmakers allegedly loyal to former governor Nyesom Wike had commenced plot to impeach Governor Simi Fubara who has fallen out with his former boss.
