Hoodlums have invaded and attacked vote buyers at the pulling units inside All Saints Anglican Church Egbu, Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State.
Our correspondent who visited the venue on Saturday afternoon after the incident ,gathered that gunmen walked inside the Anglican church which has about four pulling units and carted away over
Our correspondent gathered that the party agents has began buying of votes from electorates before the hoodlums invaded.
It was also learnt that on sighting the gunmen, policemen stationed at the pulling units ran away.
Electoral officials, coters, agents and journalists at scene fled as the hoodlums operated unchallenged.
However no injuries was recorded.
