Anambra Supplementary Election Begins In Ihiala

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) fixed today for a supplementary election after declaring the November 6 exercise inconclusive.

The election did not end on first ballot because in Ihiala, which has a total of 148,407 registered voters, not a single ballot was cast.
