APGA’s Soludo Wins In ‘Controversial’ Orumba North LGA

Following his complaint, a stakeholders’ meeting was held after which the result of the LGA was announced.

In the results announced, Soludo polled a total of 4,787 votes ahead of Senator Andy Uba of the All Progressives Congress (APC) polled 2,672 votes and Mr Valentine Ozigbo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) came a distant third with 1,847 votes.

Ihiala is the only LGA where there was no voting.
