The court of appeal has reaffirmed the election of Ademola Adeleke as Osun governor.
The court allowed the appeal and set aside the decision of the tribunal.
It was gathered that appeal by Adeleke succeeds, tribunal judgement set aside, cost of 500, 000 naira in favor of the appellant, Adeleke.
