BREAKING: Three kidnapped youths regain freedom in Imo

THREE kidnapped youths that reportedly went missing since 28 August after attending wedding event in Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State have regained their freedom.

The names of the kidnapped persons were given as Alaefula Chimuru Collins, Victor Chibuike and Promise Mmadu.

The latest development was confirmed by a family source on Saturday morning.

The family source told our reporter that ransom was paid for their release but didn’t state exact amount paid to the Kidnappers.

Recall the missing persons who base in Owerri, Imo state attended a wedding ceremony in Isiala Mbano LGA on Sunday 28th August 2022 with a gray color Lexus RX 330

According to Fortune Kelechi, a brother to one of the missing persons, he said they are aged from 27- 29 years.

He said, “on Sunday they went for a wedding ceremony in isiala mbano, after the wedding, it was confirmed that they came back to owerri, but non of them return to their home, so when it was getting late at night we called but All their phone numbers and social media accounts were shutdown.”

“”Up till this moment, there is no news yet about their whereabout, none of them returned”.
