Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, on Saturday noted that he’ll sort out any issues arising in his family amicably, as it was his personal problem.
This was as the actor also appreciated his fans for their concern and support towards his family in the past few days.
The actor had caused a stir on Wednesday when he announced his second marriage to actress Judy Austin, adding that she already had a son for him.
Edochie had earlier on Saturday, urged Nigerians, who trended his second marriage earlier in the week, to buy him the presidential form under the All Progressives Grand Alliance party.
Responding to his plea, media personality, Daddy Freeze, fired back at the actor, asking him to fix his home before seeking the help of Nigerians in his bid for the Presidency.
Shortly after, the actor noted that he would solve his family issues, as he asked Nigerians to focus on “the general problem that affects us all”.
He wrote on his Facebook page, “I thank you all for your concern towards my family. The love, concern and support you all have shown me and my family these past few days is overwhelming. Truly appreciated. Thank you.
“I promise you that all is well and any issues arising in my family I will sort out amicably as it is my personal problem. For now, let’s focus on the general problem that affects us all which is the situation of our country.
“We have no other country to call our own therefore we must make it work.”
Yul married his first wife, May, back in 2004. The couple have four kids together.
Reacting to Yul’s announcement of his new marriage, May called the judgement of God on the new couple. She afterward unfollowed her husband on Instagram.
