TB Joshua’s Death: Activist weeps

A human rights activist and author, Comrade Paul Ikechukwu Njoku, has sorrowfully extended his condolences to the Synagogue Church of All Nations and family of the late Prophet TB Joshua who reportedly died in the early hours of Sunday, June 6, 2021.

In his statement, Mr. Paul wrote:
“The sad news of the sudden death of Prophet TB Joshua is unimaginable and sorrowfully regrettable. I have lost a spiritual father and a man I so much respect and deeply admire.

“He was a powerful man of God. He was a true prophet of a royal priesthood and an explorer of the genuine features of a prophet as significantly characterised in the Bible and to the heavenly gifted factors.

“TB Joshua was mightily used by God via teaching of the Word of God, winning of souls to Christ, healings, deliverances, philanthropy, accurate and precised prophecies.

“I mourn with tears. Sleep on my prophet. You have fulfilled your vocation on earth. We shall meet again”.

TB Joshua was the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) located in Lagos, Nigeria.

He was 57 and was preparing for his 58th birthday next week.

He existed for several decades as a fiery preacher. His Emmanuel TV channels is one of the Nigeria’s largest Christian broadcast stations available worldwide on digital and terrestrial switches.

Recall that in 2014, his church was at the center of a multi-national investigation after a section of his church headquarters in Lagos collapsed leaving dozens dead and many more injured in a Lagos suburb of Ikotun-Egbe in Lagos.

Mr. Joshua denied allegations of any engineering negligence over the collapse of the church building. The trial over the incident was still ongoing before his sudden death.
