Barely one month after eight passengers lost their lives in a ghastly road accident along Aba road, another six passengers have been recovered dead in another fatal accident along the same Aba road.
While the auto crash of February happened around Okpala Junction, Sunday’s crash happened around Ugwu Ulakwo just after Agbala all on the same Aba road.
The exact cause of Sunday’s accident is uncertain but what is known as at press time is that the tragedy struck following multiple bus collision that left six persons dead and some others in bad shape.
As at the time of filing in this report, Police was yet to issue a statement on the development and the remains of the dead travellers were yet to be evacuated.
It is hoped that the details of the road mishap will be clearer as the days go by.
