“You have a case to answer”, court orders Nnamdi Kanu to open defence

 

A federal high court in Abuja has ordered Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), to enter his defence in the terrorism charge filed against him by the federal government.

In a ruling on Friday, James Omotosho, the presiding judge, held that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against the IPOB leader.
